IN PREGNANCY
The gentle and tailored approach of chiropractic care at Nurture & Thrive Chiropractic can be used as a broader approach to manage common complaints during pregnancy such as low back pain, postural strain, pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and hip tightness. Our approach is adapted to each stage of pregnancy and always informed by current clinical guidance and research.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy can cause many changes within your musculoskeletal system which can result in some discomfort. Pregnancy massage is a safe and effective way to help manage these aches and pains. Pregnancy massage is also a great way to promote relaxation and look after your mental health.
Appointments can be booked from 12 weeks onwards.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports Massage is a deep tissue massage technique that targets areas of tension or stress in the muscles. Ideal for active individuals, it aids recovery by improving circulation and reduces muscle soreness as well as enhances performance by increasing flexibility and preventing injuries.
You do not need to be a dedicated sports person to receive sports massage it also has huge benefits in promoting relaxation and relieving stress.
Sports Massage is currently only available for CURRENT clients. Unfortunately there is no availability for NEW sports massage clients at the moment.
